Ordering& Info


  • Each Hevea piece is made to order (unless stated otherwise ie.’ready-to-ship’). Please allow 4-6 weeks for each item.
  • If you require an item by a certain date, please contact HEVEA before ordering.
  • If an order is required in less than 2 weeks, a 30% rush fee will be applied.
  • All items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. 

ALTERATIONS 

  • Alterations worn/shined HEVEA items are at the risk of the client. Re-gluing latex that has been shined and worn may not stick. Alterations are priced on a case-by-case basis.
  • For custom orders, one round of alterations is included.

REPAIRS

  • Ripped/torn a latex piece another brand? I am happy to take a look and offer my expertise and guidance if a repair is possible. Prices vary by case.
  • For ripped or torn HEVEA items that have been damaged due to client: Repairs must be identified and communicated to HEVEA within 3 weeks of date of initial tear/issue. Repairs will be completed as quickly as possible and sent back to client. Price varies by case.
  • We cannot guarantee warranty on zippers after 6 months. Hevea does not manufacture zippers. We leave that up to the experts, such as YKK. If a zipper has broken or become damaged, please email a photo to sales@hevealatex.com and we can determine if it is repairable or not. If the zipper is repairable, additional costs will incur. 

ORDER PICKUP

  • Completed & paid client orders MUST be collected from the HEVEA Studio within 2 weeks from order completion date (unless special cases - illness, family death, travel, force majeure)
  • After 2 weeks, client will be notified that item is past collection due date and will be offered alternative options - post or courier
  • If client does not provide a new collection mode after 2 weeks, storage pricing takes effect
  • Items left at HEVEA past the 2 week will be charged a storage fee of $50/week
